How PactTailor uses cookies, storage, and referral signals.

This policy explains PactTailor’s use of essential cookies plus default-on analytics and optional attribution technologies, including partner referral measurement and click IDs.

Essential cookies and storage

Essential cookies and storage support authentication, session continuity, security controls, and core workspace operations. These remain enabled because the product cannot work properly without them.

Analytics

PactTailor enables first-party product analytics by default so it can measure site and product performance, understand feature usage, and improve reliability and workflow clarity. Visitors can switch analytics off by choosing essential-only cookies or saving preferences that disable analytics.

Referral and attribution measurement

When attribution consent is enabled, PactTailor may use utm parameters, gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id, landing-path details, landing-variant details, referrer signals, and referral identifiers to measure campaign and partner performance.

Partner referrals may use a 90-day attribution window when enabled. Campaign or referral identifiers may also be stored in session or first-touch storage to preserve context after navigation.

Duration examples

  • Session storage may last until the browser session ends.
  • First-touch attribution cookies may persist for up to 90 days when attribution consent is enabled.
  • Partner referral windows may persist for up to 90 days where partner attribution is active.
  • Auth and security cookies follow the lifecycle configured for Supabase sessions and related platform controls.

How to change your choices

You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or manage category-level preferences from the banner. Analytics starts enabled unless you explicitly turn it off. You can also reopen at any time and update choices.
